Pompe à membrane, en aluminium
- Vitesse de la pompe élevée (jusqu'à 16 m3/h) et vide final (jusqu'à 0,3 mbar) pour une large plage d'applications avec des gaz non agressifs (en laboratoire ou process industriel)
